This is a list of dance artists that I find my own work is in dialogue with, sometimes through direct friendship and conversation and with others at a distance (geographically or because I don't know them personally). It is not an exhaustive list, but a small collection of dance artists that I find I seek nourishment from their insights in performance. They keep me pressing into my own desire to make and to manifest in what at times feels like such a small and hidden world.
