A free community workshop for you as a participant to dive deeper into your innate creativity and physical capability as we move, sing, listen and watch through different tasks and activities that give space to explore perception. This workshop is taught by artists from the Thresholds Project which explores neurodiversity through current neuroscience and embodied experience.
